Mapleview Community Care -Health Ministry started September 2009 with a Health Ministry Team, partnership with the Interchurch Health Ministry, Mapleview Community Church and Parish Nurse Courses to guide the way. With the start of Mapleview Community Care, we hold Blood Pressure Clinics at Mapleview Community Church along with individual followups, appointments and care visits.
The Campus Nurse Director can monitor your health, advocate on your behalf and connect you with the health needs you require; body, mind and spirit. Education and support, through various groups is offered, throughout the year. The Health Ministry Board helps support the Campus Nurse Director, Doris Tretter RN, assess the needs of Mapleview Community Church and provides activities, groups and establishes strategies to promote a healthy community.
